Circa £30k FTE
A large international based company in Burgess Hill requires an immediately available Internal Recruiter to join the HR Department on a part time, temporary basis for a minimum of 6 months. The ideal candidate will attain a proactive attitude, excellent resourcing and interviewing skills and either already be an in house recruiter or come from an external recruitment background looking to make a move into internal recruitment.
The successful candidate will be an excellent manipulator of CV databases, have exposure to using networking sites for recruitment, bring new ideas and approaches to recruitment, and acquire head hunting skills. Ideally you will be CPP qualified.
