Job Description

It is currently looking to hire an Office Assistant to join its UK Financial Shared Services (FSS) based in Crawley, West Sussex.
As the FSS Administrator, you will provide efficient, accurate and timely support to the whole FSS team.
Responsibilities will include:
Secretarial & administrative support, co-ordination of complex diaries, updating Organisational Charts, arranging FSS team travel arrangements and general ad-hoc office duties. Previous Administrative experience whilst useful is not at all essential, as full training will be given.
Ideally of A Level calibre, this role may suit a recent School Leaver seeking their first corporate role. You will have strong organisational, customer services and communication skills. You will also be a team player who is both flexible & adaptable and someone who has the ability to complete tasks requiring real attention to detail. The ability to start employment immediately or at short-notice would also be ideal, but not essential.
