Home Manager - Learning Disabilities, Middlesex, £24,000

A new opportunity exists for a Home Manager to join a residential home for young adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour in Middlesex.

The successful applicant will have an RMA, NVQ 4, Diploma in Social Care or be a qualified RMN. Experience is required in a management or supervisory role, with practical experience of supporting people with learning disabilities preferably within a community setting. Car driver essential.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience working with young adults and a proven track record of moving people forward to independence;
- Strong and Motivated;
- Will be committed to ensuring the delivery of highest standards of care;
- Experienced in leading a team to provide quality services;
- Will have a flexible, positive, approach to work and want to work in a fast growing, fun and professional environment.
