Position Overview
The role of a Resourcer is to support the respective recruitment team to find skilled and unskilled staff for a number of key clients. The Resourcer is focused on matching contractor or candidate skills to live job vacancies, for both permanent and non-permanent roles. This role is based on high levels of service delivery.

Responsibilities - Linked to Balance Scorecard
Client/Customer Focused
* To keep customer focused through listening to customer needs
* Support the promotion of the full range of recruitment services offered by the company with existing clients
* Identify new business opportunities from CVs, media and the Internet and make initial qualification of leads to refer to the consultants in your recruitment team
* Support the recruitment consultants in reformatting CV\'s to conform to client standards
* Build and maintain a suitable pools of candidates to fulfil client requirements
* To advertise vacancies through appropriate mediums utilising Microdec and Broadbean
* Conduct telephone screening interviews with candidates
* To follow up on interviews arranged; briefing candidates beforehand and managing the post interview process
* To manage the expectations of the client and candidate maintaining regular contact
* Complete and submit relevant administrative correspondence for payroll purposes ie new starter forms, billing forms, change forms and terminations forms as and when required
* Assist and respond to candidate queries that are raised in a timely and courteous manner
* To visit clients in support of Consultants as and when required

* To develop and demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of the business and core disciplines of existing and new clients within your specialism
* To provide support to team members and other parts of the company as required/directed

* To obtain accurate job descriptions, person specifications and other information required to ensure accurate recruitment
* To ensure all prospective candidates have the relevant paperwork to allow them to work legally
* To maintain and update all records accurately on Microdec to ensure compliance
* To adhere to company policies, systems, procedures and codes of practice to which the company subscribes

Candidate Requirements
Essential
* Previous experience as a Resourcer within the recruitment industry
* Willingness and focus to confidently achieve targets and objectives
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite of applications (Word, Excel,
Outlook, PowerPoint), Advanced level presentation skills (using PowerPoint)
