Job Description
Join one of the south coast’s most exciting businesses, and share in our success! We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic and motivated Department Trainer to join our busy contact centre, based in the very heart of Brighton city centre.
Employing over 2000 people across the UK; we’re Domestic and General, and we lead the UK in providing warranty protection for domestic consumer appliances. As Department Trainer you will develop and train contact centre sales staff to achieve agreed levels of sales and quality.
Your role will be a mix of class room training and 121 coaching. You will deliver comprehensive induction and compliance training as well as side by side coaching where you will monitor staff, offer support and ideas and set short term objectives.
You will work closely with Contact Centre Managers and the Training Manager to discuss training requirements for staff and build courses to match individual department needs.
To be a great Department Trainer you will have coaching and training experience ideally within a contact or call centre environment and will have experience of designing training material. You will be a natural communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their full potential.
