Job Description

Our busy contact centre needs enthusiastic, motivated and talented Sales and Service agents to help us maintain our unrivalled track record. You’ll be joining a inbound sales team working with one of Brighton’s liveliest companies, so if you’re a natural and engaging communicator with a genuine will to succeed, then this is your chance to really grow your career.

We’re Domestic and General, and we lead the UK in providing consumer warranty protection for domestic appliances. Our contact centre is based in fabulous offices in the lively heart of Brighton city centre, and we now need Sales and Service agents to satisfy and delight our customers and help us maintain our ongoing success.

As an inbound Sales and Service agent you will join an ambitious, professional and hardworking team, busy dealing with a wide range of calls from customers asking about repairs to their appliances. You need to be a talented talker, listen with genuine empathy, and keep a clear focus on our customers’ needs while working to achieve sales targets and first class quality standards. .

If you relish the challenge of a fast-paced telephone sales operation, enjoy working as part of a motivated and focused team, and have real career ambition, then this is your perfect opportunity! Especially if you have experience in telesales or telephone marketing, customer service, sales, or a call centre or contact centre environment.
