Job Responsibilities:
As a Payments Administrator, you will:
- Be responsible for processing, allocating and effectively following up payments received on customers' accounts.
- Be in contact with both clients and customers by phone and electronic memos
- Ensure that queries are resolved and customer accounts are effectively maintained
- Process high volumes of work whilst maintaining quality and delivery to critical deadlines.
- Adhere to agreed regulatory timescales/guidelines to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Addressing any areas of concern in conjunction with line management and/or the appropriate department
Preferred Skills:
- Financial Services experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Due to the confidential nature of this role, successful candidates must be able to pass a credit check
