£16,950 - £38,950 for Permanent Full Time Posts (pro-rata for fractional)
£21.59 per hour for Sessional Tutors / £14.66 per hour for Sessional Trainers
Our client is currently the largest national Provider of Offender Learning in the UK; their highly qualified employees are fully trained in security arrangements in order for them to deliver a responsive curriculum within prisons across England 52 weeks a year.

Deputy OLASS Manager x1 Full Time £28,450 - £38,950 at HMYOI Rochester
As directed by the OLASS Manager, effectively plan and manage the deployment of staff and resources, in line with company policies and procedures, to deliver a high quality learning experience. Deputise for the OLASS Manager in their absence.
Curriculum Team Leader (ICT) x1 Full Time £27,450 - £31,450 at HMYOI Rochester
As directed by a manager, to teach and to provide supervision of a curriculum delivery team, ensuring that all budget, quality and operational targets are achieved, in line with policies and procedures.
Trainers x3 Full Time £22,450 - £28,450
HMYOI Rochester 1x Construction & Cover / 1x Barbering & Hairdressing
HMP Maidstone 1x Painting & Decorating
As directed by a manager or Curriculum Team Leader, to deliver high quality, learner focused vocational training to meet contractual requirements and Awarding Body standards, in line with policies and procedure.
Tutor in ICT (Fractional 0.6 = 22.2 hrs/week) £22,450 - £27,450 at HMYOI Rochester
As directed by a manager or Curriculum Team Leader, to teach and to develop and deliver high quality, learner focused education to meet contractual requirements and standards, in line with policies and procedure.
Learning Support Practitioners x2 Full time £16,950 - £18,950 at HMYOI Rochester x 2
As directed by the SENCo or class teacher/trainer, to promote progression and independent learning by delivering high quality, literacy, language and numeracy, learner-focused learning support to meet contractual requirements and standards, in line with policies and procedure. Assist the teacher/trainer in managing the behaviour of individual learners by using engaging and inclusive learning experiences and de-escalation methods.
Student Support Worker x1 Full time £16,950 - £18,950 at HMYOI Rochester
As directed by the SENCo or OLASS Manager to ensure, via appropriate assessment, that prospective and existing learners receive relevant and easily understood information regarding learning and skills provision and continuing support. To contribute to a multi-disciplinary approach that seeks to facilitate a smooth transition to the resettlement of the learner into the community.
To succeed within these roles, candidates will need to have a pragmatic and non judgmental approach to their work and the flexibility to adapt to meet learner requirements when necessary.
