Job Description

We are an expanding insurance company based in County Oak, Crawley and have a vacancy for a Customer Care Team Leader (part-time, 27 hours per week).  The hours required are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 4pm - 9pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am and 2pm (with some flexibility).

You will be required to effectively and professionally lead and manage a team of customer care consultants and claims schedulers who will be dealing with all inbound/outbound telephone calls relating to claims handling, the processing of new applications, policy information, mid-term changes and resolving customer queries.  You will also have sole responsibility for the Call Centre on your shift managing the staff and the building.

Previous experience in managing a team in some capacity is preferred.
