Job Description
Customer Service Team Leader
Salary £27k
This role will see you working with a team dealing exclusively with customers (on a B2B basis) regarding their companies’ pension schemes and the multitude of tasks that are created from that communication.
As a Team Leader you will be looking to complete a number of duties including motivating the team and individuals to achieve excellent customer service and department objectives, managing work flow and prioritisation, ensuring that an effective risk assessment model is in place, delivering coaching and quality assessments and participating in the delivery of the scheme enforcement process.
Essential to the role;
- Previous working experience within Pensions, industry trends and issues
- Proven experience in managing a contact centre team
- Knowledge within the Data Protection Act
- Excellent IT skills including knowledge of contact centre systems and Microsoft packages
- A history within financial services can replace pensions knowledge if no prior involvement
