Job Description

Multi Lingual Call Quality Assessor

We are currently seeking motivated multi lingual Quality Assessor to work for a Business-to-Business company that require many foreign speakers across their differing departments

Working in a relaxed office atmosphere based in central Brighton, the role will include listening to calls made by sales staff and check if they are compliant and to give them a quality score

In return successful candidates will be working Monday to Friday 9-5.

In applying for this position you will need to require:

Must be fluent in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Dutch, Swedish and or Flemish.

3 of the above languages as well as English

Excellent verbal & written communication skills Great people skills Be computer literate

Previous phone work is not essential; however this will be an advantage.
