Job Description
Warm Calling Customer Service Sales Consultants
One of the leading call centres in Brighton is currently searching for a number of consultants to join their expanding team.
You will thrive on working in a fast paced environment where it is expected that you will meet sales targets and therefore earn excellent commission. You will be making outbound warm calls to existing customers checking that they have received recently sent documents, making sure they are happy with the service and offering further products to them.
Critical to your success in this role will be your outstanding communication skills, a proven experience in customer service sales, with a motivation to exceed sales. We require you to be confident and have pride in your ability to deliver quality service.
You will be available to work Monday to Friday with no weekends.
