Job Description
We are currently recruiting for customer service agents that have the ability to build a rapport with customers. The role does not involve cold calling as you are initially contacting existing customers to check they have received their relevant (and necessary!) documents. This type of call is received with a warm response, which makes the next part of the call all the more easy. You will be required to up-sell relevant products and services.
There is NO WEEKEND work involved and there is a great earning potential, as well as a good basic hourly rate of £7/hr. High performers can look to earn great commissions which could see their earnings rise to up to 17-19K per annum, so if you’re motivated, energetic and a confident conversationalist, this could be the perfect role for you.
Call centre experience is important, but enthusiasm and an outgoing personality is key. If you think you have what it takes, please apply.
