Job Description

Office Administrator

Working in the Brighton based office you will be responsible for all of the office admin duties for this very successful and growing insurance company.

This position plays a vital part in the smooth running and continued growth of the business.  Common tasks will be data migration, customer contact, creating and maintaining files and general admin.

The role will require you to have had previous and recent similar experience, with knowledge in the insurance industry a great advantage.

You will also be expected to have experience in the use of the below;

  • Microsoft Office.
  • Data Migration
  • Invoicing
  • Organising paperwork and computer-based info
  • Managing complex statistical data
  • Experience within Insurance will be an advantage

In return you will be offered a starting salary of £16k - £18k with a permanent contract, working office hours among a friendly and welcoming environment.
